The AURELIA is the first MAISON ELI boot and a member of the Shell Heel collection. Born out of a labor of love, the shell heel is an ode to the beauty and natural wonder of Africa. This over-the-knee boot has a side zipper and a calf-friendly opening to accommodate various sizes, and comes in an array of striking mono- and duo tone colorways.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days and arrive 5-8 business days after dispatch. International orders may take longer. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Email info@maisoneli.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
RETURNS SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover return shipping.
REFUNDS
Returns are inspected within 2-3 business days of arrival. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive email confirmation when processed.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, are missing tags, lack original packaging, or are outside the 30-day window.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate "Exchange" in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@maisoneli.com with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
