SHIPPING
Most of our orders are shipped 3-5 days from purchase, excluding MADE TO ORDER items. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 5-8 business days from its ship date. Please note that international shipments may take longer for arrival.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
RETURNS
Please contact info@maisoneli.com with the subject line: Urgent Return Inquiry. Please include your order description, full name, and address in the body of the email. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
